General Terms and Conditions – JouwTextiel

1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:
JouwTextiel : trading name of Reclamebedrukt BV, located in Lelystad.
Customer : any natural person or legal entity who places an order via the webshop.
Products : all goods offered by JouwTextiel, including printed and personalized textile products.
Configuration : the online design or personalization process via the configurator on the website.
Force majeure : external circumstances that make compliance with the agreement impossible.

3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement between JouwTextiel and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

4. Offer and agreement

All offers are non-binding. The agreement is concluded upon payment or written confirmation of the order. Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding.

5. Prices and payments

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Payment is made via secure payment methods prior to production. If payment is not received, the order will not be processed.

6. Delivery time and shipping

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is via PostNL. JouwTextiel is not liable for delays caused by carriers. Track & trace will be provided by email.

7. Shipping costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. International shipping costs are calculated automatically. Costs for incorrectly addressed or refused packages are the customer's responsibility.

8. Right of withdrawal

A. Personalized products: For products that have been custom-made (such as printed T-shirts), no right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f BW.
B. Non-personalized products: Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

9. Color deviations configurator

The colors in the online configurator may vary from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, or material properties. JouwTextiel is not liable for this.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to the order amount. JouwTextiel is not responsible for indirect damage, color variations, printing errors caused by customer materials, or loss by carriers.

11. Warranty and complaints

There is a 3-month warranty on production and material defects. Complaints must be reported within 5 days of receipt to info@jouwtextiel.nl, along with photos. Wear and tear or improper use are not covered by the warranty.

12. Use configurator & design responsibility

The customer is responsible for the content and rights of uploaded files. JouwTextiel is not liable for third-party claims for copyright or trademark infringement.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the website (such as images, text, and configurator software) is the property of JouwTextiel or its licensors. Use without written permission is prohibited.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, obligations are suspended. If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement. Examples: pandemics, transport problems, system outages.

15. Privacy and data processing

JouwTextiel processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Data is used solely for order processing and communication. See also our privacy policy .

16. Security and data leaks

JouwTextiel protects customer data against misuse and data breaches. In the event of a security incident, we will act in accordance with the statutory data breach reporting requirements.

17. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are preferably resolved through consultation. If necessary, the dispute will be submitted to the Midden-Nederland court, Lelystad location.
