At JouwTextiel.nl, we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly and securely as possible. Below, you'll find all the information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.
1. Processing your order
- Production time: Because we print custom products, we have an average processing time of 3 to 5 working days .
- Urgent orders: In a hurry? Contact us at info@jouwtextiel.nl or call 0615618800. We're happy to help!
2. Delivery times
- Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
- Germany & rest of the EU: Delivery within 5 to 7 working days , depending on destination.
- Turkey and other countries: Delivery time on request; please contact us.
Please take into account holidays or peak periods (such as Black Friday or the holidays), where shipping may take a little longer.
3. Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €6.95 (free shipping from €100)
- Belgium & Germany: €8.95
- Other EU countries: From €9.95 (depending on weight and country)
- Turkey: Rates on request
The exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout.
4. Shipping partners
We ship with trusted partners like PostNL, DHL , and DPD . As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email.
5. Not at home when delivery takes place?
If you're not home, the delivery person will leave a message. You can then pick up your package at a collection point or schedule a new delivery attempt using the link in the track & trace email.
6. Damage or loss
Did your package arrive damaged or appear lost? Please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@jouwtextiel.nl . We'll resolve the issue quickly.
